Before moving forward, its important to understand that this may be unsafe for individuals with a history of schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder, manic episodes, or those currently taking lithium. Therefore, we advise against its use for these groups.

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must not have a history of suicidal ideation or attempted suicide.
