Inside the Studio

Insight fades. Practice is what holds.

Here is the moment nobody writes about.

It is the Tuesday after. Whatever happened — the retreat, the ceremony, the conversation that cracked something open — happened, and it was real, and you meant every word of what you said afterward. And now it is 7:40am on a Tuesday and your kid cannot find her other shoe and you can feel yourself becoming, in real time, the exact woman you were before.

That is not a failure of the experience. That is what insight does when nothing is holding it.

The Studio is what holds it.

What it actually is

A live online practice space for women, $97 a month. Six classes a month, taught by me, on Zoom, with other women in the room. No recordings to fall behind on. No 40-module course sitting in your inbox making you feel guilty. You show up, you practice, you go live your life.

It is not a meditation app. It is not therapy. It is a room where you practice being the woman you have already decided to be, until she is the one who shows up on Tuesday without being asked.

The experience can show you something. Practice is how you become it.

The Studio is opening with a waitlist. Join it here and you'll hear first when the doors open.

How the classes are built

Everyone starts with Foundations. It runs twice a month and you take it once. It teaches the vocabulary the rest of the room uses — what we mean by an event, a sensation, an impulse, a pattern, a choice — so that when you walk into any other class, you are not lost.

After that you choose. There are three levels, and they are not a ladder you have to climb in order:

  • Level 1 — noticing. Catching what is actually happening, in your body, before your mind explains it. Twice a month.
  • Level 2 — the pattern underneath. What keeps showing up, and what it has been protecting. Once a month.
  • Level 3 — choosing and building. Doing the new thing in a real conversation, with a real boundary, on an ordinary day. Once a month.

Some months you want Level 1 twice because your life is loud. Some months you want Level 3 because you are about to have a hard conversation and you would like to practice it first. Both are correct.

The two minutes that do most of the work

The Daily Practice is the spine of everything here, and it takes about two minutes in the morning.

  1. Choose the feeling. How do you want to feel today? One to three words. Grounded. Open. Powerful. Free.
  2. Meet the woman you are becoming. How does she move through the actual day in front of you — that meeting, that decision, that ordinary Tuesday?
  3. Make one choice as her. One. Today.

That is the whole thing. It is small on purpose. A practice you can only do on a good day is not a practice, it is a mood.

The six skills we practice

Every class sits somewhere on the same six-skill spiral, which is the Well Dosed Method: REVEAL see what's here · RECOGNIZE find the pattern · REFRAME change the meaning · CHOOSE choose your response · PRACTICE live the new way · CREATE build what comes next.

First, we notice. Then everything else becomes possible.

Who this is for

  • You are curious about medicine work but not ready. Good. Start here. Everything you build in the Studio is what makes medicine work land if you ever do it.
  • You have already done the big thing — a retreat, a ceremony, a season of therapy — and you can feel it fading.
  • You are in RESET and want more practice between ceremonies. The Studio is separate from RESET and billed separately, but the women who do both tend to move fastest.
  • You are just tired of reading about it. You have the books. You have the podcasts. What you do not have is a room.

What it is not

It is not a support group, and it is not a place to process a crisis. Nobody is going to ask you to tell the room your worst story. We practice a skill, we try it out loud, and we go. If you are in real distress, what you need is a therapist, and I will say so.

Practice who you are becoming. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when the doors open and Foundations goes on the calendar. $97 a month, six live classes.

The Studio is an educational practice space, not therapy and not medical care. It is billed separately from RESET and is not included with it. Last reviewed September 2026.
