Psychedelic Wellness Retreats in Colorado for Women

A pause. A portal. A return to yourself.

This is not a workshop.
Not self-improvement.
Not a push.

This is a beautifully held retreat for women ready to soften, feel, and remember who they are.

Are retreats are for women who are :

• You’ve been curious about psychedelic medicine—but only in a space that feels safe, contained, and for women

• You’re ready for something deeper than talking about it—you want to feel the shift in your body

• You’re moving through something—burnout, grief, transition… or a quiet knowing that something is ready to change

• You want a real container. Professional. Intentional. Intimate. Not a festival

• You sense that healing isn’t just about understanding—it’s about feeling safe enough to transform

You don’t need experience.

You don’t need to identify as “spiritual.”

You simply need to feel the pull—

and be willing to step into a supported, guided process we’ll walk with you.

Who these retreats are not for:

We hold this work with real responsibility.

Which means this container isn’t the right fit for everyone.

At this time, we’re not able to support women who are:

• On certain psychiatric medications without medical supervision

• Living with a history of psychosis or bipolar I

• Managing unresolved cardiac conditions

• Pregnant or trying to conceive

• In acute crisis

If you’re unsure, you’re still welcome to apply.

We’ll have an honest conversation and help guide you toward what’s most supportive.

The Medicines We Work With

The medicines we work with—
each offering a different doorway into the work.

  • Held within a church-based, legally protected container.
A sacramental medicine for spiritual growth, self-compassion, connection, and deep emotional repair.

  • A nervous system reset.
Shorter-acting and precise—especially supportive for interrupting patterns that feel hard to shift.

  • Deep, emotional, and expansive.
Supports release, insight, and the kind of softening that allows real change to land.

  • Where many women begin.
A gentle, consistent practice that builds the foundation for deeper work.

Inside our Crested Butte Retreat Venue

We hold most of our Colorado retreats in Crested Butte — a small, breath-stealing mountain town tucked into the Elk range, far enough from Denver to feel genuinely remote but reachable in a half-day.

We chose Crested Butte for its quiet, its altitude, and its capacity to slow the nervous system down before the medicine even arrives.

Our venues are private homes— chosen carefully, sometimes the same place across cohorts, sometimes shifting based on what each retreat asks for. The exact venue and address are shared once they've been accepted, both for the privacy of our members and for the integrity of the container. What you can expect: private or semi-private rooms, locally-sourced meals prepared onsite, walking trails out the door, big windows, and the kind of stillness that lets the nervous system actually drop down.

Most retreatants fly into Denver International Airport (DEN) or Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC).

We coordinate ground transport from there.

We also hold occasional retreats internationally — most recently in Ericeira, Portugal and on Oahu — for women who feel called to bring this work into a different landscape.

The Rhythm of a Retreat

Every retreat unfolds a little differently, but this is the general flow.

Day One — Arrival

  • You arrive in the afternoon.

  • A light dinner. An opening circle—often around the fire.

  • An early night.

  • Time for your body to land before anything begins.

Day Two — First Journey

  • A slow morning. Nourishing breakfast. Gentle movement.

  • Opening Rituals : 1:1 check-ins to prepare.

  • The journey itself unfolds over several hours, with experienced facilitators present throughout

  • —followed by rest and gentle support.

  • Evening is simple: nourishment, stillness, rest.

Day Three — Integration (and sometimes a second journey)

  • A long, spacious morning.

  • Circle. Movement. Breath. Time outside.

  • Some retreats include a second journey here.

  • Others honor this day as integration—letting the work deepen without pushing.

Day Four — Closing & Re-Entry

  • A closing circle. Breakfast together.

  • A quiet, unhurried morning.

  • We don’t rush the goodbye.

In Preparation

What you do before the retreat shapes what becomes possible inside it.

This is where the work begins.

Our preparation process includes:

• A 1:1 call with a Well Dosed facilitator—your intake and final pre-retreat check-in

• A women’s circle with your cohort the week before arrival

• A guided workbook to help you clarify intention and begin the inner work

• Medical and psychological screening, including a review of current medications (as appropriate to the retreat)

• Dietary and lifestyle guidance to support your body in the lead-up

Most women who have experienced other retreats are surprised by this part.

How much it matters.

How much it changes what unfolds.

We often hear:

“I felt held before I even arrived.”

  • The Integration

    The medicine opens something.
Integration is what allows it to take root.

Inside Well Dosed, that support continues.

The Well Dosed Studio — a space designed for identity shifts and real transformation
The Daily Integration App — where the lessons land, and change becomes part of how you live
