Local, not just an app

A real person, in your town.

Many at-home ketamine programs start with an app. RESET starts with a conversation — in person, in Crested Butte — with someone who will actually know your name.

01 · Meet in person

Start with a conversation

Sit down with Sylvia in Crested Butte and find out if RESET fits where you are. No pressure, no medical questions.

02 · Medical evaluation

Physicians handle the medical side

A licensed physician completes your medical evaluation and decides whether ketamine is appropriate for you.

03 · Ceremony + practice

Join the monthly rhythm

A live group ceremony from home each month, plus live workshops and integration circles to turn insight into how you live.

How RESET works

The medicine opens the door. You choose what comes next.

  • One live ketamine ceremony a month, from your own home — with women moving through it at the same hour.
  • Two live integration circles a month to make sense of what came up.
  • The WELL DOSED Method — six skills that turn what you saw into how you live.
  • Ongoing, with no graduation. There's no wrong month to begin. Stay while it's working.
This is for you if

You're not in crisis. You're in transition.

  • You've done the reading, the talking, the insight — and you're ready to live it.
  • You want the depth of a ceremony without leaving your life to get it.
  • You'd rather do this with other women than alone on your couch with an app.

Questions from Crested Butte

Good questions, honest answers.

Is there ketamine support in Crested Butte?

Yes. RESET is based in Crested Butte. You can meet with Sylvia in person here, and your monthly ceremonies happen live from your own home with a group of women.

Do I need to travel to Denver or Glenwood Springs?

No. There's no infusion clinic and no drive over the pass. Your medical evaluation is handled by a licensed physician, and ceremonies happen from home.

Where do the ceremonies happen?

At home, reclined and comfortable, joining the group live online. Everyone moves through the ceremony at the same hour, with Sylvia guiding and curating the music.

Who handles the medical side?

Licensed physicians. They complete your medical evaluation, decide whether ketamine is appropriate for you, and prescribe it. Medical questions always go to them.

Is this ketamine therapy?

RESET is not psychotherapy. It's a monthly ketamine ceremony held in a group, paired with a practice — the WELL DOSED Method — that helps what you discover become how you live.

I'm not in Crested Butte. Can I still join?

Yes. RESET is available to women across Colorado — the in-person conversation is a bonus for women who live nearby.

Ketamine is a prescription medicine. Eligibility is determined by a licensed physician after a medical evaluation. RESET does not replace medical or mental health care.
