What Ketamine Costs in Colorado and What You're Paying For

The price per dose is the least useful number.

She made a spreadsheet. Of course she did.

Three columns, a Denver clinic, an app, a program a friend mentioned. She filled in every price she could find, sat back, and realized none of the numbers compared. One was per infusion. One was per pack. One was per month, and she couldn't tell what was inside the month.

That's the real problem with ketamine pricing. It isn't that it's hidden. It's that every provider is selling a different thing, and the price only tells you what one piece of it costs.

The short version

Here is roughly what ketamine costs in Colorado in 2026, by the kind of care you're buying. These are published prices from real providers. Your quote will vary.

What about insurance?

Mostly, no. Using ketamine for mood is an off-label use, and insurers rarely pay for it. The exception is Spravato, the FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray, which some plans cover under strict conditions. If a provider tells you insurance will cover a program, ask them to put exactly which part in writing.

What you're actually paying for

Every ketamine price is built from the same five pieces. Ask about each one and the numbers start to compare.

  1. The medical evaluation. Is a licensed provider actually evaluating your history, your blood pressure and your medications? Or is it a form?
  2. The medicine. Is it in the price, or billed separately by a pharmacy?
  3. Who is with you. A nurse, a therapist, a facilitator, your partner, or nobody? This is most of the cost difference between models, and most of the safety difference too.
  4. What happens in between. Is there anything between doses, any teaching, any practice, any people? Or does the program live entirely inside the hours you're under?
  5. How long it lasts. Six of something? Twelve? Or does it keep going?

Is RESET right for me?

The most expensive option is the one that fades

Here's the math nobody puts in the spreadsheet. Say you spend $3,000 on a six-infusion series. It's real, it opens something, and three weeks later you're back to the woman you were before. You didn't pay $500 a dose. You paid $3,000 for three good weeks.

That isn't a knock on clinics. In my experience, it's what insight does when nothing is holding it. It opens a door. What you build on the other side is a separate thing, and if nothing in the program helps you build it, you're paying for the door.

Don't ask what a dose costs. Ask what you'll still have six months from now.

What RESET costs, and what's in it

In Colorado, RESET is $297 a month, plus a one-time $300 medical evaluation paid directly to the physician. The evaluation comes first and is separate from the program. No clearance, no ceremony.

Each month includes:

  • One live ceremony, at home, with a facilitator present on Zoom the whole time and the same group of women.
  • Two live RESET workshops, an hour each, on that month's skill.
  • The Studio, where integration and practice happen all month, so the month after the ceremony has a shape.

RESET is ongoing, with no graduation day. About a year is where the real change tends to land. It's not the cheapest line on the spreadsheet. It's built so you don't have to buy the door twice.

If you'd rather start without medicine, the Studio is the practice side of this work, and it's opening on its own soon, without the ceremonies. Join the Studio waitlist.
